We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project/Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects and products from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex projects and tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects and products from idea generation to launch and maintenance;
- Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities;
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success;
- Organize customer training sessions, communicate with customers after sales, and arrange training workshops;
- Manage equipment supply, procure equipment from vendors, organize equipment verification, and deliver equipment to customers;
- Formulate product requirements and monitor their implementation;
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to the products and services provided.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management. Product management experience and skills will be a plus;
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies;
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion;
- Effective interpersonal skills and comfort working in and through a cross-functional organization;
- Strong analytical aptitude and ability to understand and relate to the engineering mindset;
- Highly attentive to detail and organization, strong business acumen;
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills;
- Full professional proficiency in English.
