Alongside scandiweb, the HR team is growing to contribute to our mutual goals and provide our colleagues with an ambitious environment. And now, we are looking for a Junior HR assistant to join our employee training division and help the team with various administrative and analytical tasks!

• Conduct project onboarding check-ins with Quality Assurance Specialists (QAs) and Project Managers (PMs)
• Evaluate training deliverables submitted by QAs and PMs
• Collaborate with QA/PM Training Lead to report on the training progress and work on improvements to our QA/PM processes
• Manage users and courses in the learning management system from the admin interface
• Adjust and organize course content and features based on the feedback
• Assist in general learning management system support by password resets, troubleshooting, attempts, and other functions.
• Oversee participants' attendance and performance
  Work on improving and adjusting necessary functions and qualities of the platform used for employee training
• Create new quizzes based on course contents, adjust and maintain them within the learning management system

Sounds like a lot? Don't worry! As the title mentions - we are looking for an assistant to help with these various tasks. And it's impossible to join knowing all of this already, so the first weeks will be dedicated to training and learning to work with these mentioned tools and processes.

Since we are looking for a person ready to join the assisting role, these are the required qualities to start working with us in the educational division:

• Attention to detail
• A fondness for data, structure, and an analytical mindset
• Ability (and willingness) to work in an agile environment - this does not mean crazy working hours or tight deadlines, but this position requires attention to various tasks of different processes - the focus might be divided often across multiple tasks
