Job description

You will be part of Roche Services (Europe) Finance department, focusing on executing the day-to-day activities according to the service level in the procure to pay field and in compliance with the SOPs of the respective business sub-process. This role brings additional value to your career, as it requires supporting any teams in the area of Demand to Pay (D2P) department in order to help with temporarily capacity needs, so you will gain insights to various processes, phases and functional streams.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Actively contribute to daily operative activities in line with leadership guidance according to actual needs in the area of D2P. (For example: document handling, invoice processing, manage payments, account reconciliation, inquiry management, reporting, etc.)
  • Contribute in internal and external audit activities, is aware and act fully according to ICFR and audit requirements
  • Support knowledge retention in the area: creating and updating process documentation and supporting materials
  • Arrange and conduct job shadowing allowing the new joiners to gain knowledge and understanding about the responsibilities and tasks in D2P
  • Support the organization with know-how, best practices through trainings, advisory
  • Build knowledge base, leverage best practices in the area of D2P and support service quality exercises
  • Raises awareness of the improvement areas and ways of working of the different teams and report the experiences on a proper way

Requirements

  • 1+ years of business-related experience and strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes
  • College or University degree in finance and accounting, or a related economics subject is desirable
  • English language (written and spoken) is a must
  • Hebrew language at intermediate level is desired (we will provide a language course on advancing your Hebrew language skills)
  • Experience in supporting different accounting business areas is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently as an active team member
