Alongside scandiweb, the Finance team is growing to contribute to our mutual goals and provide our colleagues with an organised and safe environment. And now, we are looking for a Finance Administrative Specialist to join our Finance Team to help with smaller but no less important tasks to sustain finance flow safety within the company!
Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience and good knowledge of MS Office (especially with MS Excell)
- Friendly and active personality
- Good communication skills
- Well organized
- Able to react fast on-demand
- Confident written English and Latvian skills
- Quick learner that values feedback and diversity
- Smart with searching for and summarizing valid information for Finance department purposes
- Stress resistant
Considered as advantage, if you have:
- Knowledge of Finance and Economics
- Previous experience in a similar role or company

What does a day for a Finance Administrative Specialist look like?
We are searching for a colleague who is ready to respond to the demand. It will not always mean that you will have a large workload to maintain daily, but the assistance will always be necessary.
Even though, this is a position in a Finance team, your tasks not always be directly related to Finance. Nevertheless, you will play an important role that will boost the processes.
Your colleagues will rely on you to: hold administrative processes organized and ensure smooth Finance operations. Communication via e-mail will be part of your daily routine - therefore, confident English skills will be needed - since you will communicate with company members from more than 30 world countries.
