About the role:

We are looking for experienced Performance Test Engineers for our largest banking clients in the Nordics to test, monitor & observe application, network & infrastructure performance. They should be proficient in using various performance test tools (LoadRunner, Neoload, JMeter, K6) in CI/CD pipelines & have used performance monitoring tools to monitor systems & applications. They should have hands-on experience in testing microservices with Kubernetes orchestration & testing in containerized environments. Performance Tuning Recommendations based on test observations & good communication skills is a MUST.

Our ideal candidate:
• Minimum 5 years experience in performance test engineering
• Experience with NFRs of full-stack Legacy & Microservices architecture (Mainframe legacy architecture, Java-based headless applications, Javascript based Front-end applications, mobile apps)
• Experience in performance testing, analysis & reporting
• Experience in performance engineering (Isolated & Integrated Application Performance Testing, Microservices Testing, Network Performance Testing, Cache Performance Testing, and Performance Testing with Web Crawlers)
• Technology Skills
• Performance Testing Tools (LoadRunner, JMeter, K6, Gatling)
• Performance Monitoring Tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Logging)
• Performance Testing in CI/CD
• Automated Performance Test Generation
• Workload Profiling
• On-Demand Performance Test Environment Creation
• Hands-on experience working with microservices in Kubernetes orchestration environment
• Service Virtualization
• SQL Tuning
