What You Will Do:

• Perform hands-on engineering work
• Solve problems, actively engage in incidents resolution
• Propose implementation of improvements
• Deliver work in a timely manner
• Adhere to Regulatory policies and procedure

What We Expect: 

• Ability to analyze the existing infrastructure
• Competency in performance tuning and optimization, bottleneck problem analysis
• Understanding the housekeeping processes (archiving, purging, retention policies, hot/cold data, etc.)
• Expertise in data security
• Hands-on DB-related development and maintenance experience (installation, patching, writing scripts)
• Experience in designing, implementing, deploying, and monitoring scalable and fault-tolerant data solutions 
• SQL optimizations, relational DB principles, etc.
• Understanding of MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
