Key Responsibilities

You will be part of the Technical and Infrastructure services unit in the Winfinity studio. Our team provides IT and studio infrastructure and ensure that all relevant systems and applications are running efficiently.

Maintain and configure critical IT infrastructure components for optimal performance and security.
Establish vigilant monitoring systems to detect and address issues proactively, enhancing operational efficiency.
Swiftly resolve incidents and analyze root causes, collaborating to implement preventive measures.
Provide technical support for new product development, ensuring seamless integration with IT infrastructure.

As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, your role involves:

Crafting solution architectures and implementing them effectively.
Conducting incident analysis and enhancing infrastructure security.
Assisting the TechOps team in resolving intricate incidents.

Qualifications and Skills

Excellent knowledge of English
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or demonstrate equivalent work experience.
Exhibit a solid understanding of Linux environments, enabling effective navigation and management.
Comprehend endpoint security and management principles, ensuring the safeguarding of critical resources.
Have a strong familiarity with monitoring tools, allowing for proactive issue identification and resolution.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering effective teamwork and collaboration.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to tackle intricate technical challenges.
Be acquainted with the tools and technologies used within the organization or similar environments, enabling seamless integration and support.
