- Monthly gross salary starting from 1550 EUR, depending on skills and experience

- Perform monthly standard costs calculation, closely tracking and analyzing results.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for local site teams, providing guidance and support on cost-related matters.
- Lead and coordinate communication among stakeholders, including Manufacturing, Finance, and Business Management, regarding cost-related issues.
- Manage ad-hoc requests for product costing and analysis, taking appropriate corrective actions when necessary.
- Provide visibility to Finance and Manufacturing on product costing issues and overhead allocations.
- Participate in month-end closing and reporting activities, ensuring timely completion according to the closing calendar.
- Conduct inventory control and monitor tolling products, including inventory revaluation control.
- Analyze production variances from various perspectives and report findings accurately.
- Experience encompassing Finance, Data Analysis, and effective communication across departments.
- At least intermediate (B2) level of English proficiency.
- Higher education within the fields of Accounting or Finance.
- Highly organized and motivated individual with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, working towards common team goals.
- Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex cost-related issues.
- Proficiency in personal computer skills, including advanced MS Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
