Responsibilities

We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team and continue our tradition of delivering outstanding support to our valued customers.

  • Provide prompt and courteous support to customers via various channels, including live chat, email, and phone. 
  • Address their queries, concerns, and technical issues effectively to ensure a positive and seamless gaming experience.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints, striving to exceed expectations in every interaction. 
  • Escalate complex matters to the appropriate departments while following established procedures.
  • Maintaining a friendly and helpful tone to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system, ensuring a seamless handover of information to other teams when necessary.
  • Share customer feedback and suggestions with relevant teams to drive continuous improvement in our products and services.
  • Comply with all relevant regulations, policies, and guidelines pertaining to customer support and gambling operations.
  • Collaborate with other customer support team members and departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient support system.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with online gambling platforms and casino games is a definite advantage.
  • Proficiency in handling customer inquiries, and complaints, and providing solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of gambling regulations and responsible gambling practices is desirable.
  • Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
