RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and promote employee engagement and growth.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including talent search, drawing and posting of job ads, candidate screening, interviews, etc.
Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for all new hires.
Conduct periodic one-on-one sessions with existing employees to maintain high levels of job satisfaction.
Create and manage internal HR processes, including hiring, training, promotion, escalation, and other working policies.
Handle employee documents, including work agreements, vacation applications, sick leaves, work permits, etc., to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Organize team building activities and corporate events to foster a positive and collaborative organizational culture.
Manage office needs, including ordering of office supplies and snacks, calling maintenance professionals, etc.
Ensure effective internal communications to promote transparency, collaboration, and a strong sense of community.
Continuously evaluate HR programs and processes to ensure their effectiveness and make improvements as necessary.
Provide guidance and support to the HR team and other departments on HR-related matters.

REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or Head of HR in an international company.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Excellent knowledge of English & Latvian, other languages, especially Russian, are an advantage
Strong leadership and team management skills
Familiarity with Sage HR or similar HR software.
Strong commitment to employee engagement and building a positive organizational culture.
Experience in fintech or other digital industries is a plus.
