As a part of our international growth and development of our activities in Baltic region, Ferroplan is seeking for Senior Sales Manager to strengthen our team and
to expand and maintain customer relationships with strategically important customers and to secure that customers needs and expectations are met.
As a Senior Sales Manager your work will focus on these responsibilities:
· Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
· Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers expectations.
· Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
· Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
· Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an on-going basis.
· Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
· Execute CBC to customer commercial and technical specification.
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, technical or other relevant discipline.
· Demonstrated success as Sales Manager, or 5 to 8 years experience with leading a sales team, prior B2B sales management experience preferred.
· Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural inclination for building and nurturing relationships, and good collaboration and teamwork skills.
· Self-motivated, determined, and well-organized team player with a positive attitude towards customer service and interacting with various stakeholders.
· Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills required.
· Fluent in English/Latvian/Russian, ideally experience in working within international teams.
· Willingness to travel and work flexible hours might be required.
