As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating business opportunities, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our recruitment agency. Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:
  • Identify and target potential clients through market research and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand the agency's client base (including updating and maintaining the client database)
Client Engagement:
  • Collaborate closely with client companies to understand their unique hiring needs and business objectives.
  • Provide strategic recruitment consulting to clients, offering insights into market trends and talent availability.
Candidate Sourcing and Evaluation:
  • Employ a variety of sourcing methods, including database searches and online platforms, to identify and attract top-tier candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews and phone screenings
Recruitment Process Management:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from client engagement and job profiling to candidate presentation, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
  • Maintain a robust candidate pipeline, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to meet client expectations.
Revenue Generation:
  • Set and achieve revenue targets by actively pursuing and closing business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to align client needs with the agency's talent solutions.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), other languages are a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
  • Communicable with strong networking skills
  • Attention to detail
  • MS Office knowledge
