As People Business Partner your main mission is to support and coach the managers in your business unit so that they can fulfil their people management responsibility and become true Stena Line-leaders. Together with Regional People Manager and the strategic People business plan in mind, you will drive, coach and advice on all people aspects such as organisational change, structures, people processes and business improvement initiatives.
