In Swedbank you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead one of the core teams for fraud prevention within Swedbank Anti-Financial Crime function, looking after the real- and near real-time fraud monitoring for our four home markets
- Be in the forefront of Anti-Financial Crime and Fraud Prevention with focus on fraud in our digital channels and payment products
- Lead a 24/7 team of awesome fraud fighting monitoring specialists in a rapidly changing digital world of fraud
- Work with tight collaboration with other teams and multiple service delivery stakeholders across the bank to ensure a holistic world class fraud monitoring capacity with customer experience and regulatory compliance at heart

- Further develop a high performing team getting ready for further changes and challenges in the ever-evolving landscape of fraud prevention
What is needed in this role:
- Experience as a change and people leader is meriting, but this role also leaves room to grow as a leader
- Core banking background, or similar experience within financial services
- Good knowledge in international payment and fraud trends, relevant payment regulations, especially for Swedbank four home markets. The team covers monitoring of cards, payments, and digital channels
- Experience in stakeholder management and good presentation/visualisation skills
- Deep interest in and experience from working with financial crime prevention/monitoring
- Latvian and English speaking and writing. Swedish is meriting
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one

lead the daily operations for a team of dedicated fraud fighters, who excels in their 24/7 mission to protect our customers and the bank from external fraud threats. We deliver a world class anti-fraud function, with full focus on customer experience. In AFC you have the chance to take full responsibility for your own team and work tasks but is also expected to contribute to the overarching fraud prevention management and development.
