Our client is a British bank, one of the largest finance companies in the world. The bank was founded three centuries ago, and today its assets are estimated at trillions of US dollars.
Throughout its history, the bank has offered various banking products to clients. Its technical support has become more complex and expensive due to the expansion of its product line and the growth of its customer base. The development of technologies has led to a growth in customer expectations for banking apps as well as the automatization of bank account interactions. Therefore, it became clear that all the IT systems of our client needed an upgrade. Now they have been improved in accordance with modern technologies, and the user interfaces of the apps have been modernized as well.

Project overview
Our client's CRM team manages a Microsoft CRM 2016 (on-premises) and MDM (Profisee) platform that provisions Relationship Managers/Directors access to key customer information to support serving our customers, opportunities, and managing their transactions & activities. Additionally, it includes key first line and second line of defense functionality to keep our bank and customers safe for financial crime regulations.
Position overview
We're seeking to fill is within our CRM 2016 feature delivery team, focused on developing future automated processes and optimizations. With the goal of achieving data quality by 2024, we're eager to hire a developer with significant data experience. This role entails building intelligent solutions to address front door data issues and exploring potential API utilization within our pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Manage various priorities effectively
- Provide realistic estimates for tasks.
- Report into various program workstreams on progress and issues
- Configure and customize Dynamics CRM 2016 to meet business requirements
- Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in all custom development work
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to maintain high-quality code standards
- Write and optimize SQL queries to manipulate and extract data from the CRM database
- Understand, support, modify, and maintain systems and code developed by other engineering teams
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues, ensuring system stability and performance
Requirements
- Strong knowledge in Dynamics CRM 2016 configuration and customization, including plugin development, custom workflow activity development, JavaScript, and business rules
- Adherence to best practices and coding standards in custom development
- Proficiency in SQL queries and SSIS package development using KingswaySoft to resolve data issues
- Experience with Dynamics CRM integration with both legacy and modern systems using batch jobs or APIs (an added advantage)
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages such as C#, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and the .NET framework
- The ability to understand, support, modify, and maintain systems and code developed by other engineering teams
