Our client is a global travel-tech company that provides various travel services.
We invite to the company, not a project
Project overview
Now the team is working on the development, enhancing, and improving the platform that provides companies with a digital personal travel agent to quickly and inexpensively book all of their employees' travel.
Position overview
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with business knowledge (development experience is a plus).
Technology stack
Salesforce, Salesforce Service Cloud, Flow Builder, Data Loader.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience administering Salesforce.com (Flows, page layouts, training, customizations, dashboards, record types, custom objects, validations, profiles, roles)
- Experience in Service Cloud, Flow Builder, Data Loader, Case Routing, Support Process.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Profiles and Sharing and Visibility design
- Strong Salesforce functional architecture expertise
- Understanding of all phases of application development with Salesforce: requirements gathering, development, testing, implementation, and support
- Knowledge of Salesforce deployment toolsets
- Motivated individual looking to excel in a challenging environment
- Spoken English
Nice to have
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
- Experience with Salesforce Omnichannel and Service Cloud Voice
- Experience with relational databases and related concepts such as MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or Oracle
- Experience with Freshdesk
- Experience with Travel Practice
