Requirements for the Candidates
- College graduate or equivalent.
- Up-to-date training within the field of administration and/or financial management.
- Preferably, experience within travel service.
- Good communication skills and positive and service-minded attitude.
- Willingness to learn on the go.
- Proficiency in MS Office and overall knowledge of workflow programmes.
- Proficiency in English as the primary working language at the Division is English.
Main Tasks
Travel Assistant:
- Receives and handles requests for duty travels: flight, train, bus, ferry, hotel, rental car etc.
- Researches the market, finding the best prices in the sufficient quality to accommodate the traveler's needs.
- Books, orders and procures all services needed for travel.
- Validates all requests in accordance with internal guidelines.
- Finalizes all travels, calculates reimbursable amounts and hands over the complete file to the bookkeeper and paymaster for the final administration.
- Cooperates with the contracted Travel Agent.
- Ad-hoc tasks as support to budget officer in planning and preparing for conferences and seminars.

Headquarters (HQ) Multinational Division North (HQ MND N) was founded in March 2019 as part of NATOs deterrence and collective defence plan of the Baltic region. HQ MND N is located in Adazi Military Base. In peacetime the HQ have operational control of the international forces in the region and prepares for taking command of divisional forces in case of crisis or war. The HQ also supports the national defence forces in the region with their operational planning and training. The HQ is a part of NATO Force Structure.
The Budget and Finance Branch of the Headquarter (BUDFIN) refers directly to the commander and is organized with Head Finance and three Cells: Chief Accountant & Internal Control (1), Budget & Fiscal (4), and Contracting & VAT (3), in total a staff of 9.
