Your role:
As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for processing purchase invoices, sales invoices & stock data accurancy and daily bank statement transactions. You will be part of our Finance team, directly coordinated by chief accountant of our Group's main trading company LINEN
Your Responsibilities:
- Process purchase ledger invoices (maintain and update AP records)
- Process receivable invoices (maintain and update AR records)
- Perform daily bank statement reconciliation, bookings, and supplier payment runs
- Perform other daily accounting tasks (assist Chief accountant)
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in an accounting field
- Degree in accounting, finance, or economics (or you are on your way to it)
- Strong written & verbal Latvian and English communication skills
- Experience with accounting software (preferably Horizon)
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn
