As the Head of VIP at Entain Baltics & Nordics, you will drive VIP relationship strategies, ensuring daily engagement, meeting KPIs, managing budgets, and collaborating across departments to enhance brand success and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• VIP Relationship strategy development and execution according to brands guidelines;
• VIP Relationship protocol development and execution;
• VIP customers engagement on a daily basis through preferred communication channels;
• Establish a personal relationship with players allowing to recommend tailored rewards, experiences and communication preferences
• Reach pre-agreed KPI on a monthly and yearly basis for the brands;
• Budget development and execution;
• Results improvement based on customer spending habits;
• Regular reporting to senior stakeholders on success of campaigns, demonstrating a deep understanding of what motivates customers;
• Share best practices across the other business functions;
• Produce and present ROI reports, Ensure that strategy and tactics, marketing and brand communication, are enforced according to brand policies;
• Close work with other marketing team verticals and other departments in organisation;
• Take active role in group brands and company culture development.
Requirements:
• Previous VIP management experience in the iGaming industry;
• People management and/or team leading experience;
• Fluency in English and knowledge of either Estonian, Latvian or Russian will be considered as a bonus.
