Responsibilities
- Perform monthly standard costs calculation, closely tracking and analyzing results
- Serve as the primary point of contact for local site teams, providing guidance and support on cost-related matters
- Lead and coordinate communication among stakeholders, including Manufacturing, Finance, and Business Management, regarding cost-related issues
- Manage ad-hoc requests for product costing and analysis, taking appropriate corrective actions when necessary
- Provide visibility to Finance and Manufacturing on product costing issues and overhead allocations
- Participate in month-end closing and reporting activities, ensuring timely completion according to the closing calendar
- Conduct inventory control and monitor tolling products, including inventory revaluation control
- Analyze production variances from various perspectives and report findings accurately
Requirements
- Experience encompassing Finance, Data Analysis, and effective communication across departments
- At least intermediate (B2) level of English proficiency
- Higher education within fields of Accounting/Finance or Business Administration.
- Highly organized and motivated individual with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and coordinate with various stakeholders
- Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, working towards common team goals
- Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex cost-related issues
- Proficiency in personal computer skills, including advanced MS Excel
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred
