ABOUT THE JOB
As Overheads Business Partner you will play an active role as strategic partner in overheads field working closely with finance as business (in close cooperation with different stakeholders in Nordics and Baltics), by being an active partner to the team and the business focusing in overheads efficiency and ensuring compliant financial reporting, whilst also supporting HRBPs in undertaking relevant projects.
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Act as a key lead and strategic partner to stakeholders.
- Participate actively in problem-solving and decision-making processes to drive organizational success.
- Provide insights and strongly support a fact-based decision-making process.
- Conduct simulations, identify risks & opportunities.
- Propose and drive fixed costs optimization projects in strong collaboration with HR and key stakeholders.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Drive overhead controlling processes, developing and maintaining overhead dashboard.
- Support budget and dynamic forecast processes to ensure accurate overhead costs outlook.
- Conduct variance analysis for overhead costs and related projects.
- Ensure quality and timely reporting for forecasts and related projects related to overhead and beyond.
- Review monthly performance and identify areas of risk to achievement of targets and forecasts and develop/follow-up action plans.
- Work on continuous improvement and simplifications of existing tools and systems, optimizing ways of working.
- Active participation within project management related to the scope of HR & Finance.
ABOUT YOU
- Between 5 and 7 years prior experience in similar role, preferably FMCG or Medical nutrition business Excellent Communication & Project management skills
- Experience working cross-functionally in a complex environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Can-do attitude, the ability thrive in a in dynamic fast changing environment and attention to detail
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of SAP, Power BI as advantage
- Fluency in English
