Our team is constantly growing, and we're looking for new talents to collaborate with. Currently, we are seeking an ambitious and experienced Partnership Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential partner websites, evaluate, and create shortlists.
- Source freelancers on platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, etc.
- Establish and maintain personal communication with websites, freelancers, and other entities.
- Negotiate requirements and conditions with partner websites, freelancers, and other entities.
- Coordinate writing/rewriting tasks with freelancers and procure publications from partner websites; monitor deadlines and ensure quality.
- Maintain detailed job reports.
- Facilitate payments to freelancers, partner websites, and other collaborators.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills. Attention to detail.
- Persistence in completing tasks properly.
- Determination to find alternative solutions if faced with obstacles. Ability to think outside the box.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Desirable skills (will be considered an advantage):
- Editorial skills and experience working in news or sports media.
- Knowledge of football teams, players, competitions, and sports in general.
- Understanding of basic SEO practices and link building.
- Intermediate proficiency in Portuguese (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Spanish, French, Polish, Romanian, Hungarian.
