The role
We are looking for a backend developer interested in sustainable solutions across the built environment. Your role will focus on platform development using Python and Django, working closely with our other backend developer, who maintains the server side and database functionalities of the platform.
Our tech stack: Python, Django, Django REST framework, Celery, Reddis, PostgreSQL, MQTT
What to expect from the role:
- Develop and maintain backend systems using Python and Django.
- Keep our codebase clean, organized, and in great shape.
- Stay curious and explore new technologies to enhance our solutions continuously.
- Collaborate closely with our team of developers to set the framework and structure for server-side solutions.
- Ensure seamless communication and teamwork while overseeing written code.

What we are looking for:
- Proficiency in Python & Django is a must, any additional experience with our tech stack is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- An understanding of databases, server-side architecture, and computer networks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- A strong sense of responsibility and ambition to deliver top-notch solutions.
