This job is for you if you are a Senior eCommerce Project Manager looking for the next logical step in your career. We are looking for a Delivery Manager, to lead, oversee, and maintain a portfolio of existing eCommerce projects, mainly Magento 2 based.

What are the goals and responsibilities?

Delivery Manager leads and oversees multiple Magento 2 projects and their teams, ensuring profitability and progress on multiple levels. You liaise with project managers, development teams, and clients for successful and timely project delivery. Your responsibilities will be project budget maintenance, team performance monitoring, and efficient issue resolution.

The following responsibilities will include:

Supervise and monitor multiple project progress and execution, ensuring key deliverables quality and timeliness;
Ensure timely addressing and delivery of all client requests in coordination with scandiweb senior management practices, project timelines, and agreements;
Be the owner of portfolio-wide strategic change initiatives and ensure their implementation according to scandiweb senior management;
Mentor, monitor, and establish delivery of project managers/developers and others working in your portfolio of projects;
Actively identify and address potential improvement opportunities in existing projects;
While your independence is important, so will your team player skills when managing deliverables within project management teams.

What are the skills and experience needed?

scandiweb is looking for a capable specialist who is ready to dive into the dynamic eCommerce project delivery role, working mainly with Magento 2 and similar other platforms. If you are an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong knowledge of eCommerce, then we welcome you to join our team by having the following skills:

Significant experience with project management in the eCommerce industry, Magento 2 experience is advantageous, but previous work experience with similar platforms will also be beneficial;
Proven track record of your delivered projects;
Capability of learning and adjusting to changing business priorities and technological changes;
Understanding of Scrum, Agile, and other project management methodologies;
A curious mindset that is ready to explore and initiate new approaches to go the extra mile when needed;
High level of accountability and active participation in leading multiple large projects;
Effective management skills are essential, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the project's vision from both process and people perspectives.

Don't worry if your previous experience is slightly different. We have established a successful integration program for all to join the fast-paced eCommerce environment and meet company expectations comfortably.

However, for a senior-level position, we do expect the relevant previous experience to match the offered salary level.
