The role

We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our team and take charge of our sales processes. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales activities related to our large-scale projects, overseeing them from inception to completion. Your primary focus will be on nurturing relationships with leading real estate representatives and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies.

What to expect from the role:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top real estate representatives and key clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals and market trends.
  • Lead sales projects, starting from the development of a tender till the end of signing an agreement.
  • Work closely with our technical team, to ensure that projects are developed in a timely manner and executed in accordance with the client.
  • Analyze market trends and client needs, to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Develop proposals that clearly outline the features, benefits, and value propositions of our products.

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience in sales or project management, preferably in the IT industry or the built environment.
  • Ability to maintain and develop strong client relationships.
  • Interest in the built environment or sustainability solutions, with a knack for technical knowledge.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and staying updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to inform the development of compelling proposals.
