Requirements:
- Higher or incomplete education in business studies, economics, business administration, psychology or related field or at least 1 year of experience in similar positions;
- Goal and action oriented, with a sense of urgency, motivation and commitment;
- Analytical mindset. Be a data-driven person with experience of data collecting and segmentation, data summarizing and trends interpretation.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, processes, and situations
- Proactiveness in problem-solving and task execution
- Exemplary service ethics, contributing to the achievement of individual and team goals;
- Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) skills;
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral).
Responsibilities:
- Support Sales Department with ongoing sales cycles: meetings, document preparation, maintaining opportunities in CRM, etc;
- Campaign and sequence execution support: customer profiling, addressable segment preparation, outbound message preparation and other;
- Operational support with Sales Projects, including final document preparation and coordination across virtual account team;
- Operational reporting support in CRM system, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Prepare documents (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PDF) for external or internal communications;
- Ensure to follow established policies, procedures or particular instructions;
- Coordinate schedules among leadership team members and plan the logistics of each meeting;
- Conduct research on potential clients and competitors;
- Prepare and distribute sales reports and analytics;
- Assist with social, blog post writing and other promotional and thought-leadership materials;
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of sales events and conferences;
- Participate in recruiting and training of new sales team members;
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative assistance to the Sales teams and complete special projects as assigned.
