Your responsibilities

Communicating with customers through live chats and emails
Helping merchants set up their online stores and creating their first products via email & chat
Providing merchants with all the necessary information about Printify and POD
Assisting merchants with order-related and account-related issues
Building and maintaining efficient communication with existing/new customers and Print Partners

Minimum Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal English skills
Availability to work in shifts
You live in Latvia/Estonia with the legal right to work full-time for at least 12 months

Preferred Qualifications

Tech-savviness & a good speed behind the keyboard
Flexibility & open-mindedness to consistently learn new things
An empathetic & patient mindset
Readiness to work in a team setting and/or on your own
Previous customer support work experience
Experience in E-commerce and POD
