WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
- Manage and enhance the stability and operation of the most critical services (including reviews, capacity planning, and performance tuning).
- Develop automations/tooling for better platform reliability/availability.
- Work with cutting-edge & distributed systems not limited to, but including Kubernetes, ArgoCD, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis, OpenSearch.
- Work together with engineers within the team and across functions to promote robust engineering principles and uphold the core values of our engineering practice.
- Participate in various R&Ds on new projects and frameworks to improve current product/platforms.
- Enhance our ability to monitor and understand systems and frameworks as a developer and maintainer, while also serving as a mentor to product development teams.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
- 3+ years experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
- Strong experience using industry standard DevOps tools such as GitLab, Terraform (Terragrunt).
- Be experienced in configuration and maintenance observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana).
- Be familial with current SRE practices (IaC, Postmortems, Observability etc).
- Experience in building and operating fault-tolerant systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good level of English and Russian language.
