- 1-2 gadu pieredze darbā par institucionālo kontu pārvaldnieku, KYC analītiķi vai tirgotāja parakstītāju speciālistu PSP (maksājumu pakalpojumu sniedzējs), bankā, tiešsaistes kazino, augsta riska fintech (Forex, Crypto).
- Pamatzināšanas par Visa un Mastercard shēmu noteikumiem un noteikumiem. Pastāvīga pieredze ar KYC praksi vai institucionālo kontu pārvaldību.
- Spēja atrast informāciju un pārvērst to saprotamos punktos, ko īstenot.
- Spēja strādāt patstāvīgi, bez pastāvīgas kontroles.
- Tekoša angļu valoda.

- 1-2 years of experience working as an Institutional account manager, a KYC analyst, or a merchant underwriter specialist in PSP (Payment service provider), bank, online casino, and high-risk fintech (Forex, Crypto).
- Basic knowledge of Visa and Mastercard scheme rules and regulations. On-hand experience with KYC practices or Institutional account management.
- Ability to find information and translate it into understandable points to implement.
- Ability to work independently, without constant control.
- Fluent English.

- Uzturēt precīzu un pilnīgu iekšējo uzskaiti par dokumentāciju, kas tiek sniegta ārējām pusēm.
- Būt atbildīgam par attiecību nodibināšanu un uzturēšanu ar ieguvējiem un PSP.
- Palīdzēt atjaunināt iekšējās rokasgrāmatas ar informāciju, kas saistīta ar atbilstību.
- Sazinietāties ar tehniskajiem kolēģiem un ārējiem partneriem, lai pārvērstu tehniskās detaļas uz uzņēmējdarbību orientēto prasību kopumiem.
- Nepieciešamības gadījumā atbalsts iekšējās atbilstības politikas, rokasgrāmatu un citu dokumentu izstrādē.
- Piedalīties attiecīgo karšu shēmu nozares pasākumos un tīmekļa semināros, lai uzņēmuma procesos ieviestu labāko pieejamo praksi.
- Palīdzēt veikt regulējuma horizonta skenēšanu un izplatīt informāciju vadībai un personālam par normatīvajām izmaiņām.
- Atbalstīt uzņēmuma produktu iniciatīvas, ieviešot uz risku balstītas pieejas.

- Own end-to-end communication processes with banks and acquirers, answer bank requests, and provide requested information and documentation in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and complete internal records for the documentation provided to external parties.
- Be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with Acquirers and PSPs.
- Assist in updating internal handbooks with compliance-related information.
- Communicate with technical colleagues and external partners to translate technical details to business-oriented sets of requirements.
- Support in drafting internal compliance policies, manuals, and other documents as needed.
- Participate in relevant card scheme industry events and webinars to bring the best available practices to company processes.
- Assist in conducting regulatory horizon scanning and disseminating information to management and staff about regulatory changes.
- Support company product initiatives by implementing risk-based approaches.
