Duties:
- Calculation of intercompany prices that fitting the arm length;
- Calculation and predicting tax consequences related to transfer pricing;
- On-going controlling of all intercompany transactions basing on calculations;
- Consolidating and control the transfer pricing (TP) indicators on all business territories;
- Control of readiness of transfer pricing documentation on all business territories;
- Interacting in preparing and providing information for outsourcing companies in TP Documentation preparing;
- Consequent developing of own preparation of TP Documentation and if needed mandatory TP Declarations;
- Assessment of the feasibility of entry into APA in any country of business presence;
- Controlling of changes in local and international legislation in the field of TP;
- Controlling and realizing actions related to double tax treaty;
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of accounting and tax principles;
- Knowledge of IFRS;
- Knowledge of OECD Directives;
- Understanding the requirements of:
- OECD Common Reporting Standard;
- Optionally: US Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act;
- The EU Directive on cross-border tax arrangements DAC6.
