We are looking for a

IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT

Aicos Implementation team consists of project managers and implementation consultants who step in after the sales deal is closed. The team is responsible of ensuring that Aico is configured to work with customers pre-existing finance processes and the implementation project progresses as planned.

In exchange for your time and effort, we offer you a monthly salary of 2 500 - 5 500 EUR, depending on your previous experience and location.

Please note that while we operate in a flexible hybrid model and fully support remote work, accessional traveling within Europe is required and depending on your location, we expect to see you at the office every once in a while.

About the role and what it takes to succeed in it

The Aico Implementation Consultant will be joining a growing Implementations team to ensure that Aico is successfully implemented into our SaaS solution. Were looking for motivated self-starting individuals, ideally with an accounting background who are ready to transition into an implementation consulting role. Our team consists of individuals with a background in finance, project management, functional software implementation and business analysis.

What youll be doing

At Aico, we are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our growing implementations team. As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role implementing our cutting-edge accounting software for our variety of customers. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, design, and configure solutions, and provide training and support.

Responsibilities

Lead client kick-off calls and give them an overview of our implementation process and timeline, working with the customer to set an expected go-live date.
Establish and foster relationships with clients.
Diligently review Statements of Works to extract information that will inform the implementation of Aico.
Facilitate and host workshops with customers to extract functional requirements from them, which will then be translated into technical requirements and subsequently configured into Aico.
Be proactive in understanding customers' requirements, setting up calls outside of workshops to delve deeper into their processes and document these processes.
Complete configuration and testing of Aico for clients based on the requirements and design specifications for the client
Deliver configuration of Aico and track progress towards timely completion of deliverables
Contribute to implementation projects and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a successful solution delivery.
Maintain a deep understanding of each module that Aico delivers, including knowledge sharing and mentoring to team members and document processes for continuous improvement.
Be a point person during implementations for both internal project managers and customers.
Be able to prioritize tasks as you will be expected to be working on multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

A minimum of 2-3 years financial accounting experience or experience of working with a Fintech in a similar field as Aico, having worked in audit or month end close would be preferred
Knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
Experience administering/implementing software systems
Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop and propose solutions that meet the clients needs
Excellent project skills to ensure each project you work on is well documented for future reference
Strong sense of ownership, urgency, organization, communication and time management skills as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Ability to work well under pressure of deadlines
A self-starter attitude with a proactive approach to your day
German language skills would be a bonus
