We are currently seeking an experienced Legal and Compliance Advisor to join our team!
The primary responsibilities of this role will include drafting and reviewing contracts related to the online gambling industry across various regions worldwide and providing necessary guidance and support to ensure daily operations from legal perspective. This includes ensuring smooth operations are aligned with the applicable documents within the company, liaising with sales, operations, finance and clients in relation to legal and compliance matters to ensure unified understanding of processes, drafting of internal policies and manuals, ensuring daily compliance is ensured with applicable AML legislation and advising other departments and management on various legal and compliance matters.
Main responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of legal documentation related to the provision of games and solutions to the online gambling industry
- Work closely with involved parties and departments within the group
- Provide legal and regulatory advice for contract negotiations, general corporate matters, and new business ventures
- Provide compliance advice in respect of existing and new regulatory requirements and assess their potential impact
- Coordinating and liaising with internal and external counterparties
- Build and maintain legal and compliance databases
- Implement corporate changes and regulatory requirements
- Actively participate in the due diligence and license verification process with counterparties
- Administration of the gaming software certification/evaluation reports and other related documents
- Review, update and disseminate legal & compliance reports, policies and procedures
Qualifications & Requirements:
- We are currently seeking qualified candidates who meet the following requirements for a position:
- Hold a University Degree in Law
- Demonstrate fluency in English, as it serves as the primary language for daily work tasks, particularly in document preparation
- Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in the legal field
- Previous experience in the Gaming, Casino, or Fintech industries will be considered a plus
- Exhibit the ability to independently draft legal documents and correspondence in English with minimal supervision
- Showcase exceptional legal knowledge and analytical skills
- Display outstanding time management abilities
- Have a keen attention to detail
- Demonstrate proficiency in using the MS Office suite

- Salary: 2600-3000 EUR/month gross
