Stockmann Riga is now looking for a commercially driven B2B SALES MANAGER!
Your daily tasks will include:
- Lead the development and execution of customer-centric strategies to exceed CX targets
- Develop and optimize B2B sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage B2B P&L and contribute to overall Merchant Unit's P&L
- Drive profitable business growth through local market understanding and differentiation strategies
- Guide commercial planning and execution, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Expand Stockmann Pro service into the Baltics, tailoring offerings to local market needs
You are our person, if You have:
- Merchant mindset with a drive for exceeding high targets and achieving ambitious goals
- Strong customer-centric mindset
- Proficiency in retail operations, digitalization knowledge is considered as an advantage
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Latvian languages
- Experience in sales, with exposure to B2B/B2C environments
- Knowledge in category/service management is considered as an advantage
- University degree in relevant field
