Main requirements:
• Higher education, preferably in engineering, business administration (can be a final year student).
• Excellent communication skills in Latvian and English (both written and verbal).
• Knowledge of a Scandinavian language would be an advantage.
• Previous experience in a similar position (sales and/or customer service) would be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• High sense of responsibility.
• Punctuality and ability to plan own time.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• B Category drivers licence.
• Ability and willingness to travel.
Main duties:
• Prospecting and acquisition of potential customers.
• Developing new business opportunities in the Export markets (via. tenders, databases, etc.).
• To build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Prepare standard quotations and/or other project documentation as requested by direct manager.
• Data entry in company CRM - potential client details, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Support regional sales manager.
