RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively participate in due dilligence proceses with counterparties and regulators, PSPs and banks (as may be applicable from case to case);
Maintain compliance databases;
Perform compliance/sanctions checks on prospect and existing clients as required by applicable law;
Administer certification/evaluation reports, monthly and ad hoc reports as required by the applicable laws and regulators;
Review and update of compliance reports, policies and procedures.
Develop project plans, reports and schedules to relevant stakeholders and teams to manage expectations and to ensure work is delivered within scope, on time and within budget;
Maintain knowledge and assist in keeping an up to date and accurate library/database of regulatory standards and licenses;
Work closely with direct manager, involved parties and departments within the company.

REQUIREMENTS

University Degree (preferrable Law/Economics);
Fluency in English , verbal and written.
Experience relevant to the job;
Ability to draft documents and correspondence with minimal supervision;
Excellent analytical skills, dilligence, strong attention to details;
Excellent time management skills;
Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
Ability to comply with deadlines.
Adaptable and agile, can work in a fast-paced environment and respond and re-prioritize quickly when internal or external changes demand.
Experience in project management; developing project plans, tracking progress, prepare reports and managing expectations.
Experience in Gaming industry will be considered a plus.
