Requirements for candidates

  • Familiarity with online platforms and social media;
  • Ability to work during weekends.

Job description

  • Answer, investigate, and resolve customer complaints;
  • Check product and service availability;
  • Respond to user inquiries and support requests through various communication channels, escalate inquiries to the appropriate team when necessary;
  • Collaborate with payment processors, and report any billing errors, discrepancies or errors in payments to the appropriate team;
  • Provide accurate and timely information to users, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues effectively;
  • Troubleshoot technical problems users may encounter and escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams;
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving Users engagement and content quality;
  • Review and moderate content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure compliance with company guidelines and policies;
  • Identify and remove inappropriate, offensive, or spammy content;
  • Respond to user inquiries and support requests through various communication channels.
