We have a brand-new opportunity for a Key Account Manager with focus on the markets in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. In this role, you will act as a driving force, using strategic planning and excellent relationships with key clients to sustainably enhance both business success and customer satisfaction. Sounds good? What You Will Do:
  • You will provide strategic and operational support to our Reseller Key Accounts, including the development of medium and long-term key account strategies to ensure profitable sales growth by proactively shaping business opportunities 🚀
  • You build effective and sustainable business relationships with key clients by understanding their organization, identifying key decision makers and understanding the industry, strategy and direction 🤝
  • You are responsible for the entire sales management, including the execution of sales activities, contract negotiations, proposal preparation and follow-up, as well as documentation in the CRM, including the resulting measures 📈
  • You coordinate all stakeholders involved in the account management teams such as Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Production, and Customer Service to achieve exceptional client satisfaction 👥

Preferred Background:
  • You have a proven track record of at least three years in managing Clients / Key Accounts, preferably in the E-commerce or Print-on-Demand industry 🌐
  • You are persistent in following your goals and show resilience when facing setbacks 🌟
  • You demonstrate proactive initiative to drive the company forward 🔥
  • Your sense of ownership enables you to work independently 🎯
  • You have excellent communication skills and exude a positive charisma
  • Your German language skills are at a native speaker level, and you speak very good English 🗣
  • You are Tech-savvy, with a keen interest in AI and emerging technologies 🖥
