HR Manager

Join our team as HR Manager

Were looking for an enthusiastic HR Manager to join our team in Riga to work with local team and colleagues from Kenya and Malaysia. You will actively contribute to the strategic direction of the organization by understanding and addressing the people-related aspects of business challenges.

Professional skills and qualification:

At least 2 years of experience in HR operations, experience in performance management, and employee relations management
Knowledge and understanding of the Labor Law of the Republic of Latvia and other regulatory acts
Strong written & verbal English and Latvian communication skills
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Highly empathic and approachable, open personality
Team player, time management and ability to work under pressure

Nice to have

Bachelors Degree in Labor Relations, Humans Resources, Psychology, Law or similar would be an asset
Additional language knowledge
Work experience in IT company

Responsibilities:

Prepare and process employment-related documentation
Maintaining personnel data and preparing various reports and statements
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws in all HR-related activities and processes
Providing guidance to employees on various personnel management issues
Work closely with managers to identify performance gaps and develop improvement plans for underperforming employees, provide guidance and support to managers in effectively communicating performance improvement plans to employees, and monitor progress
Support in the planning and organizing motivational activities and events for the company team members
Work with managers to develop job descriptions and post job openings
Interview and evaluate potential candidates at various stages through the recruitment process including phone screens, assessment tools, video interviews, etc

Additional information:

We dont want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then the monthly salary is not less than 1600 EUR gross and depends on your experience and skills!
