An international company, which is the largest (No. 1) in the food supplements business among brand manufacturers in the Latvian market, representing TOP 10 food supplement brands.
We are currently looking for: Junior Brand Manager
Your responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of the entrusted brands strategies in cooperation with local and Baltic Marketing Team
- Development and implementation of annual marketing plans and proactive tactical management in response to market & consumer behavior changes
- Development of brand positioning and communication materials in cooperation with local and Baltic Marketing Team
- Media and digital campaign preparation and execution in close cooperation with local team and media houses
- Initiation and development of new product launches
- BTL campaigns preparation and implementation
- Continuous analysis and follow up of market data, consumer insights, trends, competitors activities, and performance measurement (proactive recommendations of the actions)
- Strong cooperation with Sales, Trade Marketing and Finance Departments as well as other functions in the organization
Our requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience (preferably in pharmaceutical company)
- Open-minded learner with analytical & strategical thinking skills as well as creativity
- Masters degree level in field of marketing, business or management discipline
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good working knowledge of office systems such as Excel and Power Point
- Fluent English
