- Legal assistance in RES green field projects in Latvia (WTG/PV supply, EPC, BoP, TCM agreements, construction agreements (FIDIC), claims management, as well as environmental and general commercial matters
- Drafting and negotiating the agreements
- Preparation of internal procedures to ensure business compliance and mitigation of risks
- Liaison with legal advisors, regulators, management, and other stakeholders on legal matters.
- Have a Masters degree in law
- Have at least 3 years of experience in the relevant legal field (FIDIC experience or willingness to learn FIDIC would be beneficial)
- Are fluent in English
- Have experience working with an international team
- Are skilled at evaluating options and finding solutions
- Have strong interpersonal skills and focus on assisting internal clients, i.e., business team
- Are able to independently prioritize tasks
- Have the ability to simplify complex issues and provide pragmatic advice and practical solutions that can be operationalized.
