The Requirements
- Good knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol stack;
- Understanding of the basic functions of devices such as Switch, Router;
- Desire to learn and develop in the telecommunication industry;
The Role
- Monitoring of the Optical and IP network;
- Processing and solving customer various enquiries;
- Solving technical problems, escalating to profile engineers if necessary;
