Trodo
Trodo was founded in Norway in 2013 by two young IT enthusiasts (and brothers) and an experienced rally and car maintenance veteran. The synergy of their combined 100 years of life experience laid the foundation for an automotive e-commerce startup that has helped set the standards for the automotive e-commerce market in Europe. Trodo continues to grow by offering online services that prioritize a positive user experience, hoping that anyone who uses Trodo's services for the first time will become a dedicated repeat customer.
Role Description
Accountant is responsible for supporting the business by managing daily accounting and financial tasks. Commonly, document systematization, input/output and processing of bank data.
Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping according to source documents, review of accounting transactions
- Incoming payment data processing and reconciliation and other assigned bank operations
- Preparation of money return orders (RMA)
- Communication with other departments in order to fulfill assigned tasks
- Perform reconciliations with customers on regular bases
- Assist with other daily accounting tasks
- Perform month-end accounting activities to assigned accounts
- Assisting Finance and Accounting department members in daily tasks
Requirements:
- Understanding or experience of accounting and financial principles and procedures
- Understanding or experience of tax and accounting compliance
- Ability to work with large volume of data, different type of files
- Data analysis and management skills allowing to operate with different types of data and accounting tasks
- Sense of responsibility and accountability to perform related tasks without direct supervision and control
- High attention to details
- Understanding of payment systems
- Good level of English language (at least understanding and written communication )
As an advantage:
- Good knowledge of accounting ERP
- Understanding or experience in 1C/Navision/ Axapta
