Dive deep into a multitude of data sources. Including data from loan management system, bank transactions, audio recordings, data from mobile app, e-shop and more.
Perform statistical analysis on customer behaviors, product performance, and operational efficiencies to extract actionable insights.
Develop predictive models to assist in credit risk assessment, fraud detection, product pricing and customer segmentation for other purposes.
Work closely with risk, marketing, debt collection and sales teams to understand their challenges and provide data-backed solutions.
Collaborate with the IT and product development teams to create data-driven tools and applications.
Maintain full model development, deployment, and maintenance cycle.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other relevant teams in a clear and concise manner.
Cooperate with the legal and compliance teams to ensure all data activities are in line with privacy regulations and company policies.
Keep updated with the latest trends in data science, machine learning and AI industry.
Participate in training sessions, workshops, and conferences to continually refine your expertise.

Education in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or another numerically heavy field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Proven track record with full model development and maintenance cycle (including deployment to production).
Fluent in at least one data science programming language such as Python, R, Scala etc.
Proficiency in at least one database query language (PostgreSQL, MySQL etc.).
Expertise in evaluating the performance and impact of machine learning models.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling concepts.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to a varied audience.
Familiarity with Docker and CI/DC pipelines will be considered as an advantage.
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
Work experience in the financial industry will be considered as an advantage.
