About the position:
As a member of the Global Digital Hub Team, you will work to ensure fulfillment of the Global Digital Hub long term outcomes and strategy as well as excellent delivery of our various digital operations priorities. You are responsible for supporting and executing different initiatives, you work with relevant stakeholders and consult on how to further develop their digital performance and ensure they leverage the available digital tools in order to meet their overall goals.
A Digital Specialist is a technically-qualified person (expert) that strives to achieve business goals through web presence and digital platforms by supporting stakeholders in global projects.
Digital refers to a multi-faceted environment consisting of websites, web-application, CRM and editorial tools and social media platforms.
The Digital Specialist is responsible for consulting and partnering with global communications stakeholders executing on the global digital strategy by delivering a full suite of objectives across the global Roche web presence.
The Digital Specialist supports key global communications stakeholders by consulting them on how to further develop their digital performance and ensure they leverage the available digital tools in order to meet their overall goals.
The Digital Specialist is expert in all aspects of digital project management, content management and publishing across different web platforms and is able to build out reporting metrics that supports the business in continuing their growth to meet KPIs and objectives.
Your day to day responsibilities:
The main tasks associated with the role focuses on consulting and managing our digital ecosystem by means of:
- Ensure that the content of the website is well structured, easy-to-find, up-to-date and accurate
- Optimize online marketing tools and programs in accordance with website strategy
- Main point of contact for global stakeholders as well as for affiliates in global digital governance by reinforcing the legal compliance of digital channels
- Publish and manage content for global websites
- Triage requests for content publishing with the right stakeholders
- Ensure editorial outlook is up to date, provide feedback and suggestion on digital content (both on visuals and copies)
- Occasionally update HTML, CSS on websites
- Conduct global content audits to identify gaps and redundancies in the site content
- Run regular health-checks on global platforms to keep them clean and organized
- Consult with key global stakeholders to understand needs and to ensure that all content on the global websites provide the most impact or views
- Lead global digital governance initiatives and ensures that all externally facing digital channels are compliant to Roche directives
- Work with multiple key global stakeholders and content owners to facilitate content updates
- Guide and train key global stakeholders to ensure common knowledge and experience across our operating landscape

About the Global Digital Hub:
The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center in Budapest and Riga. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.
