SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Supporting Gi Group Holdings growth of Temporary and Permanent Staffing, Recruitment services, Outsourcing services in Latvia and Baltics, you will be entrusted to promote the companys CVO Recruitment/Simplika/Gi Group Holding services benefits in order to drive sales; to identify and pursue new client opportunities within the recruitment industry. You will build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understand their hiring needs and identify and educate prospective clients, also support existing clients with information and assistance.

Your area of responsibility
- Search and actively contact new and existing clients, identify client business needs and draft solution to match our potential and client business needs, reach out to customer leads through cold calling;
- Meet new and existing clients, nurture relations, collect information about client business needs and draft potential solution to satisfy it;
- Generate sales and reach the companys sales target by identifying new sales opportunities and improving sales processes;
- Identify potential client lists and segments and monitor the market through available sources and various market scouting initiatives like active participation in client events.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients (in English and Latvian languages);
- Fill in and track sales records and KPIs in internal CRM system;
- Actively co-operate with the global sales team, regional KAMs, and the global tender office to approach the largest accounts.
- Act as a role model and cultivate the spirit of a high-energy sales culture.
About You:
- You look for #MoreThanWork and aim to unlock your potential while driving impactful change;
- You have no less than 3 years successful B2B sales experience, relevant experience in staffing & recruitment, solution sales or related business would be considered as a strong advantage;
- You have negotiation, communication and presentation skills;
- You have degree or equivalent background;
- You are fluent in English and Latvian, at least conversational Russian;
- You have valid drivers license.

Remuneration: starting from 2500 € gross (+ Q bonuses depending on your results)
