QSHE Manager
Are you passionate about quality management and eager to lead a dynamic team in a global company? We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a QHSE Manager. In this role, you will oversee and implement quality, health, safety, and environmental processes across our various locations worldwide. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and implement the processes of the Occupational Health and Safety, Quality Management, and Quality Control (QHSE) department across all company locations - in the office, production (in Latvia, USA, Australia), and at client sites worldwide;
- Develop and maintain QHSE documentation, ensuring its compliance with company, client, and external standards;
- Review and analyze technical product documents, developing necessary additional documentation;
- Collaborate with involved departments to develop product and service quality requirements and standards, leading product and process improvement solutions;
- Develop and maintain the company's quality management system, automating company processes;
- Conduct external and internal audits and implement necessary improvements in the company, leading root cause analyses (RCA) of non-conformities;
- Ensure the execution of client audits and address identified deficiencies;
- Plan and control product testing to determine compliance with standards and specifications, analyzing test results;
- Ensure the acquisition or renewal of company standards (e.g., ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001) certificates;
- Implement various projects in the QHSE field (e.g., obtaining CE certification), organizing product certification processes;
- Maintain the incident reporting, prevention, and relevant reporting system;
- Continuously analyze and prepare recommendations for improvements to company management.
Qualifications:
- Higher education in quality management or engineering, knowledge of occupational health and safety issues;
- Experience in maintaining quality management systems and developing quality management documents;
- Preferred skills in working with ERP systems;
- Ability to analyze processes, improve them, and find causal relationships;
- Successful experience in team management;
- Experience working with ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, CE, LEAN;
- Excellent Latvian and English language skills;
- Computer skills (Google Docs, Google Drive);
- Attention to quality and accuracy, readiness to find problem solutions, and ability to take responsibility for work results;
- Communication and collaboration skills, ability to work in a team.
