As a Finance Specialist in Betby you will be a stakeholder and oversee financial operations for a couple of important directions. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to clients invoicing, control of payments and client support, calculation of KPIs, possibly payroll management and employees support, internal reconciliations, participation in business development and PSPs compliance processes.

We are looking for someone who is adaptable, has robust financial expertise, excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving approach, and can work efficiently individually and in a team.


Clients direction:

  • Collaboration with Legal and Commercial team in collection of information
  • Generation of client invoices (both monthly and daily), ensuring its accuracy and sending on time.
  • Clients ongoing assistance and support regarding any financial inquiries and other financial concerns.
  • Daily monitoring of client payments and swiftly addressing any issues once they arise.
  • Monitoring of payment schedules and sending follow ups on outstanding invoices to optimize cash flow.
  • Enforcing payment policies and procedures to mitigate financial risks and minimize overdue payments.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Commercial teams to resolve issues and escalate unresolved matters when necessary.

KPIs and Payroll Management:

  • Quarterly and monthly calculation of key performance indicators (KPIs) for Commercial Team and possibly Risk Managers / Traders.
  • Overseeing payroll calculation process for all employees including remote. Ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaboration with Legal and HR.
  • Preparation of payouts, including salaries, bonuses and other compensations.
  • Employees support regarding any inquiries and resolving it promptly.
  • Input of related accounting entries in accounting software.
  • Reconciliation of actual employee balances with accounting books and ensure its accuracy in financial records.

Business Development and Compliance:

  • Taking part in a business development process related to clients invoices.
  • Participate in business development activities related to payroll and KPIs.
  • Assist in the compliance processes for new bank accounts and PSPs.


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; Having ACCA or a similar certification would be considered as a plus.
  • Experience in a similar finance role, preferably within the sports betting industry.
  • Confident user of GSheets.
  • English level - at least B2.
  • Experience in transactions input into accounting software.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to calculate and interpret financial data.
  • Commitment and focus on achieving collective results.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
