Job description
- Answer, investigate, and resolve customer complaints;
- Check product and service availability;
- Respond to user inquiries and support requests through various communication channels, escalate inquiries to the appropriate team when necessary;
- Collaborate with payment processors, and report any billing errors, discrepancies or errors in payments to the appropriate team;
- Provide accurate and timely information to users, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues effectively;
- Troubleshoot technical problems users may encounter and escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams;
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving Users engagement and content quality;
- Review and moderate content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure compliance with company guidelines and policies;
- Identify and remove inappropriate, offensive, or spammy content;
- Respond to user inquiries and support requests through various communication channels.
