And now we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Administrator, who is ready to be a part of a talented international team. 


· Supporting the company's management, and other staff on a variety of daily issues
· Ordering and maintaining office supplies, ensuring the office environment is well-equipped and organized
· Welcoming, greeting and directing visitors in the company's office
· Monitoring the operation of office equipment, and, where necessary, arrange the maintenance by appropriate services
· Handling the documentation flow and drafting agreements (employment and service contracts, agreements on any changes in the employment)
· Maintaining job ads creation and posting on job portals (LinkedIn, cv.lv)
· Taking part in the recruitment process by conduction phone interviews with candidates, scheduling interviews and communicating with potential hires via phone / email
· Handling the onboarding process of new employees (communication with new hires via phone and email, welcoming them and showing the office, making announcements for the team)
· Organising and coordinating business trips (flights, hotels, transfers, appointments) for company's employees
· Handling the company's merchandised products - conducting research and cooperating with products providers, ordering and maintaining of the existing products, packing them for further usage
· Participating and assisting HR team in day-to-day tasks, various recruitment projects and wide range of diverse and engaging HR initiatives
· Supporting HR team in coordinating corporate events, team buildings and other activities
· Working with experienced colleagues in an enthusiastic team of professionals


· Good command of MS Tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and are willing to develop and improve your digital skills
· Fluent in Latvian, English and Russian
· Self-motivated and open-minded person who is eager to learn and grow
· You possess critical thinking and are a problem-solver
· You always pay attention to details and are able to work within tight deadlines in a demanding environment
· You have good communication skills
· You can find a common language with different types of people
· Proactivity, ability to show initiative and suggest various solutions
· Willingness to learn and develop your skills, as well as gain experience in HR field


· Successful previous work experience as an HR or Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role
· University degree (can be last year / course student) in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field will be considered as an advantage
