We are looking for a colleague, who would join Ignitis Renewables Latvia team and take the leading role of our O&M department in Latvia. We value openness, partnership is our strength, and responsibility makes us a great team. If all this speaks to you, we would like to invite you to join us.
You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Coordinating and leading O&M team (for all technologies)
- Developing and implementing O&M strategy and structure for onshore projects in Latvia
- Ensuring critical spare parts strategy development and implementation for project installations in Latvia
- Managing maintenance service agreements for renewables projects in Latvia and ensure their smooth and efficient operation
- Ensuring smooth handover from construction phase to operation
- Maintaining schedules of all necessary service works for renewables project in Latvia
- Reporting on regular basis to the Head of O&M (Onshore) about O&M issues
- Communicating effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Required for this position:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or similar field
- 3 years of experience in operation and maintenance of power plant in Latvia
- Good knowledge of regulatory requirement and other related legal acts
- Skills in MS Office Suite and have knowledge of SCADA systems
- Driving license
- Strong command of the English language
- Excellent communication and team management skills.

Salary range for this position group is 2535 to 3804 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
